  Told me that the flowers were going to be delivered at 10 am. Never delivered. Not reliable, will never go back.

  I went to Ana's after another florist around the corner(I wont say there name) had 3 girls behind the counter and couldn't make a bouquet on the spot but at Ana's the solo working women helped me, she made me such a beautiful set a flowers in under 15min and they had a great selection of flowers, i couldn't be happier with my experience with Ana's. Thank you to the women who helped me, I wish i knew her name so i could mention it but i dont, but she knows who she is..Thank You!

  Shannon was so helpful with helping me with the flowers for my wedding! She wrote down (and listened to) everything that i wanted for my wedding. They did not have an arch to rent directly, so i had to find one on my own, but they did a great job decorating it! The flowers were really stunning. They went to the location on time and set everything up correctly.
  
  My only complaint was with the owner, Ana. She initially refused to give my wedding venue her insurance, which is required. After fussing about it for a couple hours, she finally agreed to send it to the venue. She was just a bit difficult to deal with considering she owns the place.
  
  Would use again.

  Called to order a funeral basket, calls now go to a service that tacks on $10 service fee, $13 delivery fee, $3 for a card that expresses our condolences and what ever other charges bring a $55 basket up to $99 and change. I was a loyal customer for years but I'm not sure there's enough listerine on the planet to get this bad taste out of my mouth!
